RADIANCE BY REIGN POLICIES 

All appointments will require a 50% non-refundable deposit (amount will be credited towards your appointment)

Each appointment includes a 15 minute grace period. If the client surpasses the grace period, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. For another appointment, the client must pay the deposit and book a new appointment.

No call, No shows must pay a fee of $50 to be able to book any future appointments.

There is a $75 fee for emergency, same day bookings, and Sunday appointments.

For extension/wig coloring & customization,  clients will need to bring hair at least 3 days prior to installation to ensure timely service and quality work, beauty can not be rushed.

​When ordering hair, it must be done at least a week before installation.
